Patrick Chan博士有超過18年的學術和行業諮詢經驗，從事過多項工作，如技術總監、全球架構師、電子政務專家、業務發展和聯盟總監以及研究科學家。

Patrick Chan, Ph.D., has over 18 years of academics and industry consulting experience, serving in roles as diverse as technical director, global architect, e-government specialist, business development and alliances director, and research scientist.

As Chief Technology Advisor of IDC's Asia/Pacific Emerging Technologies practice based in Singapore, Patrick's focus and expertise is in the areas of Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA), Business Activity Monitoring, Composite Applications, Standards and Integrations (EAI), Grid Computing, Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure, and other emerging technologies. He works extensively across consulting and with IDC’s industry insights teams. He continues his extensive work with CXOs and the industry on innovations to better enable business functions, through his advisory roles for the Standard Operating Environment initiatives in various industrial, governmental and academic institutions. He regularly presents at IDC's CIO summits and leads in IDC's Dynamic IT Benchmarking studies, advising and working with corporate CXOs on their IT refresh and business sourcing decisions. His work also includes creating content for and leading IDC's EDGE workshops specifically designed for CIOs in the areas of Dynamic Sourcing, SOAs, Virtualization, ITSM and ITIL V3, IT consolidation and governance. He is also a founding member of IDC’s Asia Pacific Emerging Technologies Council, which is comprised of 10 senior IDC executives identifying emerging trends and technologies such as Green IT and Digital Marketplace.

Prior to joining IDC, Patrick worked with OASIS (Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards), a not-for-profit, international consortium that drives the development, convergence, and adoption of e-business standards, as its Asia-Pacific Representative. In this role, he supported and expanded the Consortium's activities across the region through focused educational and business development initiatives. Under his technical leadership, Patrick has overseen the deployment of many EAI and enterprise integration projects of which many are highly successful.

Prior to OASIS, Patrick held various appointments with webMethods, TIBCO, Mentortech and the Institute of System Science. His doctoral research involved decision fusion techniques, statistical machine learning and artificial neural networks algorithms, intelligent patterns and characters imaging recognition engines. His other expertise includes 3D animations and modeling.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Patrick holds a PHD in Computer Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Bruno Georges

Bruno Georges is the Middleware Solutions Director at JBoss, a division of Red Hat. Bruno has over 20 years IT experience working in the Banking, Trading, Insurance and Telco industries, where he has been primarily involved with the architecture of eCommerce Solutions and managing Software Development Teams. Since 2001, Bruno has spoken at numerous international conferences about Web Services standards, Enterprise Application Integration, SOA, and the adoption of open source technologies. Bruno previously headed the Application Development Group at Glencore International AG, the largest private company in Switzerland. He was responsible for initiating and driving the adoption of an Open Source based SOA strategy, leading to a highly successful deployment. Prior to Glencore, Bruno was the Lead Architect at XBridge Ltd, the UK's leading SME Finance Portal, and also served in other major Investment banking and Insurance Companies.

丁偉 / Bill Ting

Bill, in his current role as head of product marketing for Riverbed Technology - Greater China, focuses on technology evangelism activities that bring customers’ requirements, technology solutions and benefits together. He is a frequently sought after presenter and frequently speaks on the trends of emerging technologies relating to WAN Optimization, IT consolidation and service Virtualization. Bill is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in computer networking, network security, and telecommunications fields. He has held key positions in a wide spectrum of senior management positions which include engineering, sales & marketing, and business development for companies such as Bay Networks, Ascend Communications, Lucent Technologies, UTStarcom, and Secure Computing in the Asia Pacific region. He has been successful in introducing and adapting leading-edge technology applications into the marketplace and instrumental in helping startup stage companies expand business operations throughout Asia. Bill holds a Master of Science degree from the California Institute of Technology at Pasadena, California and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Iowa State University.

Tim Kerslake

Tim heads the Technology Practice of SAS in Asia Pacific. In that role he is responsible for maximizing the value derived from SAS Technology by SAS Customers and driving growth for the SAS platform for Business Analytics. This includes the core technology components from SAS of Data Integration, Query and Reporting (BI) and Analytics.

Tim is an advocate for SAS customers, and particularly their Technology leaders, to leverage the capability of the SAS to develop deeper business insight from their organizational data and information through the creation of a vision for an effective IT infrastructure with the objective of achieving successful strategic deployment & managing the growing appetite for intelligence.

Tony Young

Tony Young現任於Informatica資深副董事長和資訊執行長,負責規劃Informatica全球資訊系統和技術架構的策略方向。其間他帶領IT部門榮獲許多著名企業獎項﹐包括2006 CIO中型企業決策領導獎、2006 Ventana Research IT效能管理領先獎﹐和2007 ComputerWold舉辦的全球一百個IT最佳工作場所。

Mr. Young serves as senior vice president and chief information officer of Informatica with responsibility for the strategic direction of Informatica’s global information systems and technology infrastructure. During his tenure at Informatica, Mr. Young and the Information Technology department have won prestigious industry awards, including the 2006 CIO Decision Midmarket Leadership Award, the 2006 Ventana Research IT Performance Management Leadership Award and the 2007 100 Best Places to Work in IT by ComputerWorld.

Prior to joining Informatica in 2002, Mr. Young served at Mindcrossing and Converge, where he was responsible for overseeing product development and product management. Mr. Young began his career at HP where he served for 11 years in a number of information technology and marketing roles. A major milestone at HP included building the first partner portal, as well as building an enterprise portal and e-commerce infrastructure.

Mr. Young earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems and a master’s degree in business administration from Santa Clara University.

邱素蓉 / Debbie Chiu

邱素蓉(Debbie Chiu)為美商英特爾台灣分公司客戶方案事業群協理，領導英特爾亞太區客戶方案事業群之台灣團隊，負責推廣及強化台灣市場之垂直產業與獨立軟體開發商、及與應用解決方案廠商之合作。

在此之前，邱素蓉曾任英特爾亞太區通路行銷經理，以及英特爾台灣分公司經銷業務部協理，負責經銷通路業務的拓展規劃以及銷售培訓計劃。

邱素蓉在加入英特爾之前，曽先後於網路系統整合商永磐電腦與智翔電腦擔任業務行銷經理，負責系統整合之規劃與產品行銷之相關業務。

邱素蓉畢業於國立中興大學企業管理研究所，在英特爾表現備受肯定。她曾於1997年獲得英特爾全球經銷業務事業群最佳經銷業務經理獎，並連續四年榮獲亞太區最佳行銷活動規劃獎，以及銷售成績優異之最高榮譽。

Debbie Chiu is Customer Solution Manager of Intel Taiwan. She leads the team to manage the vertical industry and ISV/solution partner engagement in Taiwan.

Chiu was Marketing Project Manager in APAC and Distribution Manager in Taiwan prior, mainly covering retail channel market development and sales training projects in APAC markets and in Taiwan respectively.

Prior joining Intel, Chiu was Sales Marketing Manager of Mikotek Inc. and Lantech, where she was responsible for system integration planning and product marketing related business.

Chiu holds a master degree from National Chung Hsing University with Business Administration. With her excellent performance during the position, she earned the “Best Distribution Manager Award” of Intel Retail Channel Organization in 1997. Chiu also earned “Best Marketing Activity Planning Award” in APAC and top sales records four years in a roll.

劉雅文 / Vivian Liu

劉雅文女士現任 Sun Microsystems 台灣技術總監一職，負責昇陽電腦市場行銷活動中的技術推廣工作，同時帶領昇陽大型企業客戶售前技術諮詢部門，將適合企業需求的技術解決方案與客戶利益整 合。劉女士經常就IT整合等相關趨勢進行演講，近來在開放雲端運算的概念推廣不餘遺力。劉女士在企業高端運算、IT 設計和專業諮詢、及技術服務有19 年的豐富經驗。她曾在台灣精業，EDS，SAP 等公司擔任高級顧問職務。劉女士至今在 Sun Microsystems 已有近十年的資歷；任職期間，劉女士積極推動，並實質地幫助企業建構出不少獲好評的成功專案。劉女士持有台灣大學 EMBA 管理碩士的學位。

Vivian Liu , Systems Engineering Director of Sun Microsystems Taiwan, responsible and focuses on IT technology evangelism activities and head the Sun Taiwan's technical account team, to bring the max. Sun's technical advantages and competences to their valued customers. She is often speak in public on the trends of emerging technologies and recently is devoted to cloud computing and open concepts popularizing in this IT market space.  Vivian has 19 years of solid experience in IT solution integration. She  has held significant positions in a spectrum of senior position which include engineering, consultant, sales, and business development for companies such as Systex Taiwan, EDS and SAP, etc.  Vivian has been with Sun for nearly 10 years.  Vivian is an advocate for Sun customers, and helps customer to create effective IT infrastructure and integrate heterogeneous IT environments and gain customer reputation and trust.  Vivian holds a Master of business administration degree from Executive MBA of National Taiwan University.
