鍾翠玲於 IDC 台灣分公司擔任分析師。負責台灣企業軟體市場的分析研究。她的研究領域涵括ERP、CRM、SCM、資料庫等軟體的市場研究與預測，以及軟體大廠間的競爭分析。

鍾翠玲具備多年IT產業經驗。加入 IDC 之前，她於國內專業IT媒體CNET/ZDNet擔任商用軟體線記者，撰寫專業的產業新聞，後被拔擢為CNET旗下ZDNet頻道副總編一職，主持採訪團隊，並推動多篇企業 IT 相關的專題及專欄文章。

鍾翠玲擁有中正大學電訊傳播所碩士及台灣大學外文系學士學位。

Mandy Chung is IDC's Analyst based in Taipei. She is responsible for enterprise software in Taiwan.  Her jobs include market research and forecast for enterprise resources management, customer relationship management, products supply chain and database software. She also looks into strategies of major vendors and their competition with other players.

Mandy Chung has experience of more than eight years in the Information Technology (IT) Industry. Prior to joining in IDC, she had been a journalist responsible for enterprise software with CNET Taiwan. After that she was promoted to executive editor for ZDNet, part of CNET and top-notched IT media, producing insightful feature stories and column articles.

Ms. Chung received her Master degree in Telecommunications from National Chung Cheng University.
