	Alan Tsao/曹永暉 Research Manager, IDC Taiwan/企業應用研究經理 Alan Tsao is IDC's Research Manager based in Taipei responsible for the IT service and software market study in Taiwan. His focus is on the analysis, forecasting and research of major IT service areas, providing comprehensive analysis of local market dynamics and trends, major players and their competitiveness, industrial insights, and future outlook. He works closely with IDC's Asia/Pacific team of services and software analysts to deliver local knowledge, expertise and support to IDC's clients in the region. Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Tsao was an Advisory IT Specialist in IBM Taiwan for six years, assuming also the role of a Project Manager in various IBM consulting projects. He was responsible for e-business solution engagement and project management mainly for IBM's customers in the banking/financial sector. Mr. Tsao received his MSc. degree in Information Management from The Management School. Lancaster University, UK. 曹永暉目前於IDC台灣分公司擔任研究經理職務。負責帶領企業應用研究團隊，涵蓋運算系統,軟體與資訊服務市場之研究工作，針對台灣主要企業IT領域市場之動態與趨勢、競爭廠商與態勢、產業觀察與未來發展，透過專業之分析、預測與研究調查提供完整的剖析。曹永暉並與IDC亞太區研究團隊保持緊密之合作關係，藉由其對台灣地區市場之觀察與研究，協助亞太區域內之IDC客戶獲得進軍台灣市場所需之知識、專業與支援。曹永暉經常受邀於資訊研討會擔任主講並經常接受訪媒體訪問提供其專業之見解。加入IDC之前，曹永暉任職於台灣IBM資訊服務事業群達六年之久，並負責執行無數IBM專業顧問服務及專案經理職務；此外，他並協助IBM銀行金融業客戶進行電子商務解決方案規劃及專案管理等任務。曹永暉擁有英國Lancaster University 管理學院之資訊管理碩士學位。
	Willie Low Senior Market Analyst, IDC Asia/Pacific Willie Low is a Senior Market Analyst in the Asia/Pacific Software Research group, based in Hong Kong. In this role, his research focus is primarily on the security and business continuity markets in Asia/Pacific. He works closely with country-based analysts to drive strong research processes and present market opportunities and competitive landscape strategies from a regional perspective. Willie leads IDC's Asia/Pacific Semiannual Security Software Tracker and its Quarterly Security Appliance Tracker programs. He also contributes to the regional infrastructure software and partnering/alliances research. Willie is a frequent speaker at industry events around Asia. His research and insights on security, business continuity and disaster recovery has been quoted by various publications including CIO Asia, Channel Business, IT Asiaone, ZDNet Asia and online news agencies in China.
	Timothy W. Smith Security Management Product Line Manager, Cisco Timothy W. Smith is the Security Management Product Line Manager at Cisco Systems APAC Headquarters.? ?He has extensive experience consulting with customers worldwide on the solution definition and deployment of network security.? He is also responsible for increasing quality, feature richness, and relevance of the products and solutions by directly engaging with Cisco customers, partners, and channels as well as the Cisco product development teams.? Tim has been with Cisco since 1999 and worked in the networking industry for 15 years.? Prior to Cisco Tim worked for Motorola as a network application software engineer and Southern Illinois University in the role of network administrator.? He has earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science.
	Vance Lee/李逸凡 Product Manager, Novell/台灣產品經理李逸凡先生在2006年初，加入Novell台灣擔任產品經理一職，協助 Novell Sentinel 在台灣的產品推廣。李逸凡在安全通訊協定、密碼系統、CA安全認證系統計、網路安全系統設計、Security Information & Event Management（SIEM）系統設計與企業級Security Operation Center（SOC）架構設計有多年的豐富實戰經驗。李逸凡現持有CISSP Certified、ITIL Foundation Certified、BS7799 Lead Auditor與 CCNE Certified 執照。李逸凡先生在Novell Sentinel 產品上扮演舉足輕重的角色，且協助Novell 大中華區在安全身份認證管理業務上有長足且強勁的增長。在2007年，Novell在台灣安全身份認證管理市場領域內均有重大且具象徵性意義的發展，並在政府、電信、金融機構及企業等建立了多家大型的策略性客戶，為Novell 台灣寫下新的里程碑。在此之前，李逸凡先生曾任宏碁公司資訊安全技術顧問，之前他亦曾服務多家大型IT公司，故在加入Novell前，已廣泛涉獵產品技術、實戰及銷售策略制定等全方位範疇。在資訊安全相關領域中擁有超過10年的經歷。李逸凡先生擁有台北科技大學材資研究所碩士學位。
	Matthew Gyde General Manager – Security Solutions, DataCraft Matthew joined Datacraft in June 2006 and he is responsible for vendor relationship management, product marketing, campaign development, solution development, solution marketing, gross margin and revenue responsibility for the solution group for the Asia Pacific region. Matthew has more than 15 years in the IT industry across the Asia Pacific region with 12 years focusing on the security industry. Matthew has been overseeing operations in Asia Pacific since 1997. Prior to joining Datacraft, he was the Regional Sales Director at SurfControl plc. and was responsible for sales and operations across Asia Pacific region with primary focus of restructuring the go to market model. Matthew spent 7 years with Secure Computing in both technical and sales roles prior to this position. He has a solid understanding of the technical issues being faced by clients through out Asia. Matthew holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from Charles Sturt University, Bathurst NSW Australia, and Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Randwick College NSW, Australia.
	Conrad Lee/李瀚立 Enterprise Sales Engineer Hong Kong and Taiwan, Citrix Systems, Inc./香港暨台灣地區企業銷售工程師 Conrad Lee 目前擔任 Citrix Systems 企業銷售工程師，是 Citrix 在香港及台灣團隊的重要成員之一。他主要負責提供售前技術支援與諮詢顧問，並將產品知識移轉給 Citrix 的業務合作夥伴與重要客戶。 Conrad在資訊科技產業擁有 10 年以上豐富經驗，包括 8 年在技術支援與諮詢顧問方面，他所達成的重要里程碑最為人稱頌的就是成功銷售亞洲的第一套安全作業中心 (Security Operation Centre，簡稱 SOC) 解決方案。在加入 Citrix 之前，Conrad 曾任職於全球性的資訊安全公司 Cybertrust，擔任解決方案顧問經理一職。他也曾任職於多家跨國性公司，如：Network Associates 及趨勢科技，專長為售前技術支援與諮詢顧問。 Conrad 畢業於加拿大 Carleton University，取得系統與計算工程學士學位。
	David Chow Country Manager, Greater China, Sophos David Chow joined Sophos in 2002 as a Business Development Manager for Greater China. In 2004, David was promoted to the role of Country Manager for Greater China. Prior to joining Sophos, David had worked in eSoft Inc as their Sales Engineer for the Asia Pacific region.? By implementing key sales and market strategies,David has continued to grow the sales and the number of channel partners in the Greater China region. David had began his career working as an engineer in Thomson Electronic, Radac(now known as Netstar) and Nera Telecommunication. He holds an Hons degree in technology with electronic from SIM University Singapore.
	Haiyan Song Vice President of Engineering, ArcSight Haiyan Song is responsible for overseeing a fast-growing engineering organization and driving the delivery of ArcSight's next generation ESM,Log Management and Network Configuration Management product. Prior to ArcSight, Haiyan served as vice president of engineering at SenSage, where she oversaw product and solution development. Previous to that, she served as vice president of engineering and support at Omniva Policy Systems, a leading provider of secure messaging solution, now part of Liquid Machines. She has led engineering organizations at various enterprise software and service providers including Ketera Technology, Escalate and Informix, where she served as executive director for the company's system management product division and led the development of trusted RDBMS server products. Haiyan studied at China's top engineering school, Tsinghua University, she holds both a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Computer Engineering from FAU.
	Lee-Tai Niu/牛履臺牛履臺先生, 全球資訊科技服務事業部中介軟體、企業資訊安全與企業使用者服務產品經理, IBM 牛履臺先生任職於台灣IBM公司全球資訊科技服務事業部，擔任應用中介軟體、企業資訊安全與企業使用者服務產品經理。在IBM公司18年的職涯中，歷經多種工程師和管理職，工作內容涉及產品開發與產品系統支援。經歷： - IBM大中華區應用中介軟體服務產品線經理，負責SOA基礎架構集成服務 - IBM大中華區基礎架構和系統管理服務部，及企業系統管理部產品經理 - IBM亞太區整合科技服務部，負責桌面管理服務推廣 - 擁有美國紐約州立大學石溪分校電機工程學碩士學位
	Kim Lee/李傳霖 Head of Project Office, Acer/宏碁電子化服務事業群商用軟體專案總監曾任職於華康、創新未來等高科技公司擔任重要職務，2000年加入遠擎管理顧問公司，擔任PRM總顧問，負責協助客戶規劃電子商務、電子化通路、商業流程改造等專案，在通路管理及網際網路應用領域上累積相當之經驗。2002年轉任宏碁電子化服務事業群，負責微巨服務及ICT產品規劃，將宏碁巨架構與微服務的理念，推廣給廣大的客戶。目前則在商軟事業單位擔任專案總監，協助創新產品之規劃與推展。
	Jim Liu Consultant SE, Fortinet 劉乙先生目前任職於美商FORTINET公司,擔任資深技術經理。劉乙先生現持有CCIE 認證執照、CCIE資深講師、FCNE認證執照,畢業於逢甲大學資工系, 曾任職於Nortel、Redback、TP (Training Partner)、Datacraft公司, 且在規劃建置大型企業與電信用戶局端網路有多年的豐富實戰經驗,更具備了12年以上網路暨資訊技術經驗。
